We were discussing immoral acts but you have posted alleged criminal acts. I guess you weren’t paying attention.
That’s offensive considering the treasonous act John Brennon committed.
No no Michele. You pay attention. Some were immoral act and not criminal. I’m not sure how a criminal act is considered moral by you but you never fail to surprise me.
You pay attention. We were discussing immoral acts apart from any criminal element.
I would love to discuss John Brennon.
Come back here!
Sigh* I completely understand your paranoia. John Brennon deserves his own thread anyway.
How can you not make a moral judgement concerning criminal acts? Don’t try to deflect from trumps criminal acts with another persons perceived acts.
by the way, there are several immoral acts on the list which are not criminal. Please address those.
I guess you ran away.
This got me thinking a bit. Let me mark Trump’s performance on the 10 Commandments. I will refrain from making comments.
“I am the Lord thy God, thou shalt not have any strange gods before Me.”
“Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain.”
“Remember to keep holy the Sabbath day.”
“Honor thy father and mother.”
“Thou shalt not kill.”
“Thou shalt not commit adultery.”
“Thou shalt not steal.”
“Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.”
“Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s wife.”
“Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s goods.”
My goodness, Reg. I do hope you intend on judging yourself with the same measure of judgement.
I do not profess to being a Christian, Michele. Trump does.
The whole world abides by the 10 commandments. Divorce from profession of faith does not eliminate self-accountability.
Nonsense. I don’t abide by them at all. I may be judged by a petulant and childlike God for not having abided by them if Christian mythology turns out to be true, but I don’t abide by them.
That’s because you are amoral.
Totally untrue. I have a strong guiding morality. It just doesn’t happen to be based on any holy book.
I don’t know if that exists but it would make sense. Societies can’t exist without guilt.
