Sugar makes you hungry. Especially at night when you have to get up and eat. It’s the sugar. Cut the sugar then start cutting the fat. When it gets normal and tuned you can indulge in both with greater output.

I worked the bag today first and after. I actually didn’t use my gloves I posted but 3 different gloves one pair not even designed for the bag. Some people watch, it doesn’t bother me much.

I take group classes like yoga, zumba, and various light lifting are nice type and some focused on abs etc. sometimes I’m the only male.

My split now is
Monday: back , rear delts, biceps, traps, forearms, and rear neck and sydes, forearms
Tuesday: quads, calves, shins, hips, glutes
Wednesday: abdominals
Thursday: chest, front delts, side delts, triceps, front of neck and sides,
Friday: lower back, hamstrings, glutes(as they come into play in compound movements), calves, shins
Saturday: abs
Sunday:off

Took me a while to finally find a working split. I’ll explain why this if you want to know.
