I’m in the Bogotá airport. Heading back to Canada. Wishing I wasn’t. I already miss Colombia and I haven’t even left yet.

I’m in Toronto for a few days. My mother’s 90th. She did well. Looking forward to getting home soon while wishing I was in Cartagena.

Like I have to pay $10k or they’re paying me $10k? The answer is no to the first option. Maybe to the second. I just don’t want to end up as a hostage. I’m probably safer as a Canadian than a US citizen would be as we pose no threat as a nation to North Korea.
I didn’t word that well. Would you go to NK if someone paid you 10000.
Maybe they listened to Led Zeppelin when they ranked the top 15. Went with cold climates and UK came in 6th.
This was interesting. An expat failure story. I have respect for this guy but his attempt to emigrate was doomed to failure so many ways. First, he didn’t make a serious effort to learn the language. That’s just a death sentence right there. If you won’t learn the language, just stop with the nonsense and stay home. Second, he chose western Europe. Yes, everything is expensive there. If you want to save money, choose Asia or South America. Europe is also full of Europeans, which is even worse than the expense.
I’m off to Toronto this morning. No real reason. My mother is getting really old and I want to show my face. I will be back in a few days and will check BBAD on my phone in the meantime.

Going to Florida Tuesday. Not my favorite state. Inlawa. I’ll still be around. Only going 3 days. Flying February vacation is very expensive.

Good morning! As you all can see, Reg is traveling and as always, he has left me in charge. Now, he just cleaned the carpet so remove your golden Trump Sneakers before entering. As you all know, Reg has laid down double padding to give you the experience of walking on a cloud. There a no smoking allowed and no food here so bring your own but if you eat anything you better not get it in the carpet and clean up your own mess. I do a lot of important work around here every day but I don’t do door, floors or windows and Reg doesn’t pay me enough to clean up after you. There is an over abundance of threads available for your reading pleasure. Should you need anything, let me know and I’ll run fetch Dan our fix it man. All complaints must be submitted in writing or your voice will not be heard.

Toronto is cold and unpleasant so far. Not too much snow. The hotel breakfast was ordinary but edible. This hasn’t been a memorable trip.
It’s a good thing you didn’t go there for any real reason… You’re blessed though. My lunch wasn’t edible at all.
We met with Isa’s niece and nephew last night. Had a pleasant dinner with them. They emigrated to Toronto and are doing the immigrant thing of hard work and success.
Today was with my mother and my niece. We went for Israeli food at one of my favorite places.
Totally overate both times. Whatever. Back to the bikes and gym on Wednesday.
