those colourful flowers are nice but those larger green trees and that mountain filled with trees in the background are gorgeous

That’s everywhere in Canada. It actually gets boring driving through that for hours.

Colorful. Are you a people watcher, Reg? I hope you take some photos of the landscape looking down on the city.

Moscow State University. Possibly the ugliest building I have ever seen on the planet Earth. Soviet architecture has this vibe about it that makes me want to commit suicide. Photo Credit: Alexander Smagin.

I agree. I had to go Google and see for myself. Very plain and boring. They just look like dirty concrete. I’m posting more here for your entertainment.

Most of those were hideous but I kinda like this one.

Well no wonder. Like a little boys Lego blocks.

A wildfire. To many in Canada and the US, this is the new normal. Australia, too, come to think of it. Perhaps everywhere there are trees.

We have been very lucky in New England. We have enough moisture, I suppose. Probably some of the cleanest air in USA. At least in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. I’d imagine the Dakotas have clean air.

You are blessed. In BC, last year was the worst ever on record, and this year was the 4th worst ever. It’s just really sad to see our forests die like this.
