Flights are getting cheaper here. There’s a new discount airline here called Lynx Airlines. $39 Vancouver-Calgary. I asked Isa if she wanted to try it and she’s always game so I bought a couple of tickets. On June 15, we are going to fly to Calgary at 8 am and return home at 8 pm. No baggage. Not even a carry-on. I might bring my man-purse. She’ll bring her woman-purse, but the small one. $176 for the trip, plus perhaps another $100 for a rental car. Call it $300 for the whole trip, including the Skytrain to the airport. Less than dinner at a fancy restaurant.
Of course, it could be a disaster. I’ll tell you on June 16.
Yes, Alberta. It’s our Texas. Lots of oil. Lots of cowboys. The men are men and the sheep are nervous. I lived there for some years. I didn’t hate it but I am happy to be in Vancouver now. It’ll be nice to see the place again, however.
If that’s what you took from my post, I can only imagine how inaccurate a book review might be.
Ahh, you’re sweet. I wasn’t expecting you to change it lol but I’m happy you did.
I don’t know what you mean by “how messed up”Ukraine is, although I do know they are corrupted. Russia is trying to fix that but citizen resistance is delaying their efforts.
Your POM implied they are a demonic Satan worshipping country, which may be true but I don’t know that.
The new POM is nice. Thank you
Only a little healthier than mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, olives, pineapples, garlic and tomatoes. It’s still glorified junk food, unless you scrape the top off and throw away the dough.
