What will illuminate the skies if you don’t have light and why wouldn’t you want to have light, especially at night. It’s a ridiculous notion and I don’t understand why streetlights bother you.
Oh! Now I get it. I am talking about traffic lights, not the lights that illuminate streets. Green/Yellow/Red. Sorry. I will edit my original post for better clarity. My mistake.
EDIT: Although, come to think of it, you could also get rid of street lights, but I agree with you that we shouldn’t. Street lights are great.

am sure its a nice hobby if for some weird reason you want to play petanque on ice, but an olympic sport? lol (its still better than ice dancing!)
The ice skating girls are hot at least. Curling girls tend not to be.
Remember this crash? I think he won gold in a later event. I probably would have just gone home. It’s probably good his skis came off. He did seem to land on his head, neck shoulder. At least he landed on snow.

Definitely put Trudeau in a spot for a solution. It is a great protest because it is debilitating and nonviolent. So he really probably won’t use the military. Nothing like the thuggery we do in the USA. I saw a national guard person here yesterday. He was very nice. The first one I’ve seen at the hospital. I’m guessing the USA will stay silent, but this will affect us too.
I don’t like them blocking the border to commercial goods. That’s going too far for me. I do like the idea of making the lives of people who live in Ottawa more unpleasant since most are government workers. I also sympathize with them overall. It seems bizarre to impose a vaccine mandate on people who spend almost all of their lives alone in a truck. I say this as a person who is pro-vax and has been triple-vaxxed.

Looks like it might be a container home to me. It’s certainly tiny. Either way, she won’t be there for long. She didn’t go there to be indoors.
