He’s already believed in Jesus for salvation, confessed that Truth and received forgiveness, but he is under bondage to a lie he told against his Savior, publicly denying Him and until he admits the truth, he can’t uhhh…”come out” of anything. IMO, Reg has two options. He can Zoom call his friends and confess, with his mouth (Romans 10: 9), or find a Church (not Catholic, they have no public confessional), go before the body of Christ, admit that truth and repent of it meaning don’t do that again because you can’t repeatedly crucify your Savior and maintain hope but He is merciful and His Love is everlasting. Those who humble themselves and seek His Eternal Life will not be disappointed. Call me preachy if you want. I’ve presented the truth to you as clearly as I possibly can but I can’t make anyone take good advice. What I can do is draw you a picture.

The moral issue becomes your god if you are unable to admit that Jesus was the perfect moral example. You can look at any issue and post a moral answer but it really means nothing if you deny the very Origin of Morality. Totally seriously, I believe these things because I believe that our existence and that which we call reality is just a set of stories and is a matter of perspective, and I do not consider it any more “real” than the stories told in the Bible or any other book. So yes, Jesus is the Son of God.
This said, we contain our realities within their own universes. Alice didn’t fall down the hole in the same reality that Odysseus shot his arrow. Nor did Jesus die on the cross in the same reality as either. All realities are just another sim game as I see it.
i believe in a lot of things like non-violence and freedom of speech
so i have to tell you that nothing is most likely what we all experience after we die
if only all people would acknowledge and accept that might be the case then they would actually try to make things better for each and everyone while they are still alive
