I do not think it should be criminalized, but I also don’t think it should be encouraged.
I believe some people become homosexuals in prison if that counts. I know it’s politically incorrect to suggest anything other than people are born that way but it seems clear to me that the percentage of homosexuals or bisexuals is higher among those leaving prison than those entering prison.
Many men who engage in homosexual sex in prison do not consider themselves gay. I fail to see where it would give any criminal an advantage. Short of being a back door man.

This guy is an odd case. He actually did good things for his nation for decades. He also reportedly had a taste for young boys far worse than anything Prince Andrew did. More like Jeffrey Epstein, allegedly. Each person can decide if they feel the good outweighed the bad.
