No line judges at wimbledon this year. AI, instead. McEnroe must be jealous.
Most of the American women were awful in the first round of Wimbledon. The US men arenât too bad. Probably best menâs team in 20 years lol.

Menâs tennis is probably the most boring it has ever been. Sinner and Alcaraz are so far superior to anyone else. Nobody else really has a chance.
And they are so uncharismatic that nobody has heard of them.

They play as well as anyone ever has. Alcaraz has some charisma, but not a ton. The tennis is amazing. The tournament is boring. Nobody else has a chance.
They have won the last 8 grand slams. Nadal was a bore too, but federer and djokovic saved it.
I think one of Wimbledonâs problems was they used AI as a judge, so there were no awful calls. MLB might do that. The best part about baseball is horrible umpiring and people flipping out.
This is an interesting point, one that I have spent hundreds of hours thinking about. AI is near perfect. We are not. As AI pervades every aspect of our life, we become more perfect and less human. At some point, we will almost certainly become entirely inhuman. We will have no more in common with humans of 2025 than humans of 2025 have with the amoebas we spawned from. Iâll take it. Itâs better than what we currently have.
If we had AI in baseball, that horrible umpire wouldnât have fingered the manager. That was the best part of the game.
I donât care about this at all but it does surprise me a bit. Canadian fĂștbol is where famous European players go to die. At least heâs not going to Saudi Arabia like that prostitute Ronaldo.

There is the CFL (American football but slow and a lot less money involved) and thereâs MLS (European football but slow and a lot less money involved).

The US OPEN is always more fun than Wimbledon. New Yorkers wonât shut up during the matches. Racist players have to deal with too many minorities. Thereâs drama, even though there are no line judges.
I donât enjoy tennis and I donât watch it or follow it but I enjoyed Naomi Osakaâs outfit. lol.
