My back started to ache two years ago when I was 52. I started doing a hundred toe-touches each day and it’s been fine for over a year. I now do 200 of them just because it got easier as time passed. Maybe it could also work for you.
Bowing down is exactly the move which hurt‘s the most (as well as the rotary motion). Started muscle training for my back in a fitnesscenter. Toe touching isn‘t a move I got told to do. But I‘ll give it a try if my trainer thinks it‘s at least not contraproductive.
My favourite song by them. Wunderschön. It always gives me a smile.
surely “bridge over troubled water” is much better but ok… what is really outrageous is how anyone (even the old ones with grey hair, wrinkles and bad backs lol) could choose anything else than this:
Because „Feeling Groovy“ is so incredibly relaxed and instantly makes me feel at ease and gives me a smile. The „dapple“ part also is one of the most beautiful piece of music and lyrics ever written. Einfach zauberhaft schön.
