Everyone has to go some time, sadly we learned that recently with John Prine. But I don’t think people should be rushed or expedited just because they are past their prime.
Hopefully they haven’t already gone bad and make it easy to let go.
I once thought John Prine and one of the singers from Toto were related even possibly twins, they looked so similar in some photos.

This a great and early political message and memorial for the tragic climax in the Beat Street movie. If you listen it sounds a bit like some kind of dwarf or elf bells and lots of Santa Claus sleigh bells and cymbals. The whole thing sounds like it was recorded on and played on an old school ghetto blaster…like Soundwave in the Transformers at the time.
But key line for me in this video was at 4:20 Where Melle Mel gives the sound advice “don’t be a slave to now computer” Watch the hand gesture and he looks like he is offering a big mac to you…all in one bite or byte so to speak. At first I pictured some odin type dwarf santa claus character should be handing them out, not a helper elf but I was unaware to take it all in as one byte would be apshyxiation especially for a child and that is was also programming. Why I think Chicken McNuggets would have been a better choice, because they are “byte” sized. But him retracting his hand and putting it forward he doesn’t allow you to cram in the whole thing but transfers data by small “bytes” to prevent asphyxiation especially for kid sized mouths. Give the guy credit as being a better “all father” and risking looking like a fool playing Ronald McDonald. If he got you to try and learn to dance then all the better to combat obesity.
Good role model yeah, better programmer definitely.
Soundwave may have held you at one time and had your loyalty, because he saved you as a cassette which also worked for computers back then with tape decks and not just music.
I’m very careful when somebody hands me anything. Sometimes they make the motion like handing a lollipop to a deaf child but say the words “we don’t want you to have this”. Listen carefully and don’t go into trance and watch for the fanny pack. Also if they show you something like this is my ___________(whatever) and make the motions it like they are offering you to hold it. Don’t even handle to prevent it from dropping without asking loudly and audibly if that is their intention.
Also know that those are some of their own weaknesses. They want you in foregiveness debt.

I am still healthy and also don‘t have to wear glasses, despite having soon to start planning for my 50th birthday. But slowly I wish me a new back. Office work is a killer indeed. And as they brought Simon & Garfunkelˋs magical Concert in the Central Park tonight on tv, I picked the right song for my back. At least that‘s right for the „slow down“ part, less for the „feeling groovy“ part, lol. 
What a musical gem Simon & Garfunkel were. I love most of their stuff, as long as they were still a duo.
