Yeah, and they don’t hold their value like a truck. That car is too narrow and electric. You couldn’t afford the maintenance and sane person would pay that price but they certainly made it sound like you get your bang for a buck.

I don’t either, but we rarely get snow here. Once a year perhaps.
It has snowed probably 5 times. Right now there is no snow on the ground. Doesn’t seem worth it. It is about 17C today. We seem to be getting milder winters, which is good for utility bills.
Ironic that utilities are so cheap in healthy, wealthy states but they are an often painfully unbearable expense to the poorest states. It is a depraved mind that does such dirty things to lesser people but you give strength to the degenerate party that I blame for it so nothing should surprise me from here going forward in the political arena or in your view.

Toyota is 1st.
Not a bad choice. I like VW, Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Audi…I’m very German in my car tastes. I respect Toyota a lot but have never owned one. Hondas look weird to me these days, but I like the company. Mazdas look good to me, so they got my vote out of the two you listed. Kia makes a nice EV. Alfa Romeo really appeals to me, too, but no EVs.
I agree that mazda has really been on the come up. Honda makes excellent sedans and engines, but have not done anything innovative for a while. They did make a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle that almost nobody can use.
Toyota is awesome at transmissions, hybrids, sedans, trucks, suvs and they are cheap to take care of and last forever. They seem to be all about solid state and plugin hybrids until they can get the solid state going. I don’t think they even care about the bz4x thing or whatever it is.
I think they will make lexus the electric toyota so they can really jack the price up.
That Toyota actually looks almost as good to me as the Kia EV6, and Toyota is a brand I respect.

Toyota is going nowhere. If they go under, pretty much all car companies have at that point. Might be able to get one from china.
Maybe one of us can get the ev6 and the other can get the bzx4. Chances are it will be whichever is available.

Amen to that. Me too. I really have a smart woman. Her reaction to every comment about getting a car is, “This car is perfect, why would you waste the money?”
