Yeah, their reviews state the true performance of the product. Probably below your reading level.
You have a point. The Stanley jumper is to big and bulky to carry in the center console. You would have to keep that in your trunk and I question if you’ve ever even opened your trunk before.
Borderline manual labor, I know. Maybe someday they will do away with complex valve stems and replace them with something more practical like USB charger slots.
Pace yourself. At 3 minutes per tire, you will be worn down and completely exhausted by the time you reach the back tires.
The air gun for the tires arrived today. It looks great. It even came in its own little carrying case. Very promising. The jump starter comes tomorrow.
Yippee!! That would be today. Let us know how these fine products work out for you. I am especially interested in how long it takes you to fill your tires with air. And again, as a precautionary measure, pace yourself. You’re not as young as you were yesterday.
Agreed. I’m glad I don’t have an electric car. Could you imagine trying to sell a car that takes 3 days to charge when you could buy one that takes 10 minutes.
So, the car is in interesting shape. I went out there today with my new tools in the backpack.
The front lower lip spoiler has detached on one side and is dragging on the ground. I should be able to tuck it under the hood and drive it like that at least to the dealer.
The car had enough juice for my key fob to open it to my surprise, but not enough to start. The little portable starter had enough juice to start it. Once. Not twice. It started and sounded fine.
The tires didn’t need to be pumped to my amazement. They looked fine. I’ll keep the air gun in case I need it but it doesn’t look like I will.
I stopped it, walked over to the insurance place, bought insurance and went back to the car and it wouldn’t start at all, with or without the jump starter I had bought.
Tomorrow, I go back out there and try again (having recharged the jump starter). I just need to make it to the dealer. Fingers crossed.
The condo is effectively destroyed. Depressing. I hope insurance covers this without too huge a financial hit.
Throw that spoiler over your left shoulder, limp your lazy ass to the dealer and trade that piece of shit off.
That’s a shame. I know you were depending on that little starter too. Probably should have bought the combo. Live and learn, right?

That’s the spirit. Fight for what matters. Getting to that dealer is the most important thing in your life right now. Try not to think too much about the disappointing offer they are going to make on your car or the outrageous price you will pay for the next dependable cheap car.
I do sympathize with you here. I lost a large bathroom to water, twice. Good luck with that, Hitler. May your next apartment be water tight.
