If they could all magically disappear? Probably yes, although we’d be invaded lol. Guns kill way more than abortion does, so if you are talking about preserving life, it’s not even close.

I would totally take that trade.
Our tourism would go up. Most travel destinations are not police states. Places without gun problems like costa rica, australia, scandanavia and new Zealand are appealing, because there is a good chance of not getting murdered while visiting. We’ve treated part of the world horribly, so it could be bad if the rest of the world knew we didn’t have guns but they shouldn’t be allowed to bring them in either. So yes, I would love it if they were gone.
I would be willing to make all abortion illegal if all the guns disappeared. I don’t argue much about abortion. If someone is against it, I’m not going to argue with them. I’ll say why I’m not anti-abortion and that’s it. My only argument is the term “pro-life.” I would say I’m more pro life than the anti abortion folks.
I’m not sure how someone can call themselves pro life and be against universal healthcare, universal education, pro capital punishment and prison reform. Talk about hypocrites.

If memory serves me correctly, suicide by gunshot is what makes gun deaths higher than abortion. Gun crimes are not higher than abortions.

I will say without rape, incest and pedophilia none of us would be here. I still consider them all immoral, but it’s just my opinion.
Do you think bestiality should be illegal? I do, but I see the argument that it is not any worse than hanging a chicken upside and cutting its head off. I’m not really sure what should happen if found guilty. Jail? Nah. Fine? Who gets the money? The cow?
Homosexuality is a form of sex, but I don’t think it is immoral. I think some other animals are into it.

As long as 2 adults are consenting, it’s fine. Incest is tricky. We are all related if you go back far enough, I suppose.
