Somebody is playing with fast food wrapper trash again.

I suppose they function for other things than plugs. I’m not fooled though. Trash is trash and nothing more.

Ripping a phone book in half is one thing, but a pile of trash is another.

Yes I’m going to go out for a walk with heavy breathing and work on lifting chest. About 6000 pounds downwards force for 1500 reps.
I could bring some dumbbells for some hammer curl to overhead press but I’m not going to raise my arms.

Might not be a good idea. You were going to put in a doorway right? You might tend to want to swing forward like gymnast dismount or just have a leaning back style. If your grip slips or the bar fails you could hit the back of your head on concrete. You could start grip training now. Maybe get a cable and just do one arm lat pull downs.
That or wear a skateboard or bike helmet.

I’m not even worrying about pull downs or pull-ups right now. Angled rows and pullovers and a variation of bent over shoulder raises for posterior delts work those muscles fine.
A pull-up or chin up is not going to come to me with weight loss or lat pull downs or assisted pull-ups or chin-ups or variations of hangs
For me it’s going to come by dumbbell/kettlebell shoulder work and biceps work.

My weight is going up, my stomach got bigger but my leg raises are fast and powerful and I can do full sit-ups with legs on floor without hooking them on anything and keeping them touching ground. That is very hard to do for me with my center of gravity.

I got some great deals at GNC. I went Monday and got 75% off I went back today and got 90% off. Stronger but fatter, I need to adjust the latter. Everything has been blocked up for a few days-really blocked up.

I actually did manage to flatten my stomach and get stuff to work better. I used a medicine ball.

I ran yesterday. I went to small park and did 2 laps walking and kept picking up the pace. Walking is one when one foot is always in contact with the ground. Running there has to be an interval no matter how short when both feet are off the ground at the same time.

Problem is I had cargo shorts on and a shirt one step up fancier than a t-shirt without a collar. It was an outfit I could have probably worn anywhere in the summer, but it was not an exercise outfit. I wasn’t hiking with a back pack. I’m sure that question was raised about the individual who was shot for going out for a jog. It crossed my mind a few times. I would prefer to run with other exercise shorts but keys. cellphone, wallet, masks, etc. I have backpacks, I was looking at phone arm bands, which I could buy extra large and hopefully it would fit on my forearm.
I am really frustrated about finding something like an arm band or runners waist band that would fit me.

Oh, and I ran with a mask.
