Oh that’s right. You shamefully keep your face covered and hidden from public view and ridicule. It must be difficult to always run, duck and hide from your truth. I remember your face. Flawed. Pitted in some places. Greasy in others. Do you defecate into a cup and then use it to mask up your face for preservation because I don’t see wrinkles. Your shit must not stink. How else can you wear feces on faces without gagging nonstop?

So much better today. I made it to the gym on an empty stomach after noontime and not eating since last night. This was a “returning to the gym” workout after being stiff and pained for about a week. Lots of sets I must have did over 100 sets of different exercises mostly light weight and pump sets starting with rear delts frits, then traps, then rhomboids and lats , then more rear delt and more back and then some light biceps mostly hammer curls and partial curls and forearms. I am stronger and di work to a full stack on a pulley machine but I can tell by the lighter weights. Really good start to fitness this year after the holiday weight game and low energy down time.

That’s a lie. I sure do for one.

Pace yourself. Breathing in your own toxins could knock you completely out.

I greatly fixed my back and lower leg weakness. I just hung from a pull-up station and twisted my hips back and forth. And did something similar while pulling with some cable handles.

I got up this morning to phone call offering me a 0% government covid rate. I was still dreaming but with enough reason to withhold my total credit debt and how much I significantly reduced it and also asking for a website. But I was going to nod off to sleep again when I felt the odd sensation of a pair of paralyzed legs yanked right off with the pelvis.

That and a piercing sensation to run to the bathroom to avoid any further mess. It’s odd how people pray and get stuck and will agree to anything to get out.

My diet worked.

I don’t even chew and swallow bubble gum.

But it just seems like it was an easy way to bypass stuff and remove a lot. Seriously.

Down 6 pounds.

You said you were African-American. Were you a Mr. Olympia in the past? When you were talking big and seeming unchallengeable it was because of that.

Can that identity be taken away from you?

As a big guy, did you know how to intimidate and block poses of smaller bodybuilders?

In other words, you know how to prevent a body part from being seen or obscure it from view or judging by use of your own body as the superior not only in placement but as the judgement of quality.

Just kidding. You remind me of Joe Weider. I don’t think you ripped off anyone but created so many greats. You should get some credit. Even if Arnold sounded sarcastic in pumping iron.

Trying to mold your body against mine? It really shows. But of course taller, much, much taller and superior in height.

You need to be stronger than your strongest excuse. Such as “I parked too far from the gym” or I parked to far from the trail/track". Nice shoes Michele. Will they crush under vehicle weight?

You are so fat you can’t even get out of a car? It takes a lot of muscle for me and extremely powerful force and pressure.

For you, I’ll adjust my seat lower to the ground so I can get that extra squat in when I get out of the car.

Being too fat does not mean you have to weight a lot. You could weight very little.
