If you think my feet look small you are right. I have very tight connective tissue and a high arch and it can pull in and cramp painfully. My feet can shrink or lengthen about a good inch from minimal and maximal length. These are how they would fit in a size 11 wide

And I know the shirt and shorts make me look excessively fat and short. And I know the feet look like melting wax. Don’t trust images.
And my shins are about to blow up and split.
Just sharing some training tips that worked for me. I could have used one the 2x4’s for calf raises but that is pretty common. If you have any discards that in your estimates and you are thinking I’m a little smaller or the support is good enough for me, please do me a favor and save me a lot of pain…think twice or 3 times that estimate if you can at least.
317.2 today, That’s over a pound a day drop over the last 3 days. Noticeable difference in stomach bloat. I actually had the upper stomach very bloated until I compressed it with a foam roller.
Flushing out my system with water but still going to keep the salt high despite the headaches. At least no all night twisting and arm raising from cramping. No calf lockups either.

It would be better if if I was lifting that again.
Doing lots and lots of warm up/pre exhaust sets. Actually I have a better end output for reps with working weight when I have full range of motion and lots of blood in the muscle.
My body does look more muscular and I changed to look of my chest. All I kept doing is upper chest work on an incline and working the front delt to chest tie in.
Biceps especially the brachiallis are really hurting and pinching and limiting things. I do some really deep stretch movements and then lots of partial reps for a pump. It’s working.
Don’t forget to breathe. Breathing is the most important element in a good workout.
You must be doing it wrong or you are lifting too much weight. If you do it wrong, you just wasted an hour and too much can cause you to tire prematurely which again is a waste of time.
If your body looks more muscular, why are you still fat?
You should try resting 24 hours between workouts. Allow your muscles to heal before you put them through another rigorous workout. Otherwise, you are going to strain something and that’s probably going to be unpleasant for you.

It’s called pre exhausting that way I can get a maximum effort and intensity by using less weight and reducing chance of injury.
Thinking on a different split that might allow that. This forces recovery though.
It’s hard just training drug free and not having the drug stack for pain and recovery a lot of people do. Oh well I’m making gains that might even surpass.
Don’t start with optimal body type for strength type. You will have to go through a gauntlet.
Actually down weight today after doing some home stuff and just sleeping after that flu shot. I lost fat just like fat arms around my waist sliding off being unable to hold on.

Not too compatible with fat. Feeling rejected or looking melted?
It might be costly to overall well being, but it’s better when people just can’t dump on you anymore.
