I guarantee you can’t get a full stroke on a 2 foot saw without pouring yourself over it like a yogurt and saw dust mix.
You know what I don’t like about wood work especially table saws? The feeling that there is no real attachment between upper and lower body and just being so challenged not to suddenly fold at the waist and flop down on the saw like a bunch of soft dough.
It’s the “overweight” feeling I get on my upper back.
That’s not a bad idea. Or just use a circular saw. I just like the miter because it is so easy to cut different boards the same length.
