I’ve moved on to 2 colors. I have decided to make a friend a wooden bowtie. He is a lawyer and an amazing woodworker. I imagine he hates wearing a tie so he can just wear a wooden tie. He did my condo closing and was the most chill person in the room. The buying attorney had no sense of humor, nor a thank you for meeting her at her office an hour from the condo.

Too much woodwork bro. You don’t have to make your living doing that and you are risking losing a digit.
If you are looking to kill time and get a renewing sense of woodworking accomplishment make a project you use every day that resonates your body with the wood. I’m talking about a pool stick or an old school karate punching post or makiwara board for slapping or punching etc. You can just put in the floor and use it.
I have even seen a complete wood power rack and bench all hand made from wood.
But you don’t have an accidental death or dismemberment policy for a hobby.
Or make an oar and then make a boat out of a ladder and plywood. Or just use a long push pole.
Your slim right so you can take your shirt off in public. Make that skim board.

Well not the Maggia or A.I.M. or HYDRA.
I diagnosed the car correctly. New serpentine belt. 95 dollars with labor. New wheel bearing. 330 dollars. Total cost. 425 dollars. The mechanic is better at fixing cars than i am, so he gets to do it. Im guessing 200 or 250 in labor. After taxes that is about what I make daily. So it makes sense for him to do it. I’ve never put on a new belt or replaced a wheel bearing. It needs a new cv axle at some point. Maybe if i make him a wooden pickup truck figure for his office, he’ll do it for free.

I’m going to use those shovels I restored to knock some weeds up later. Already did my back workout today and this will be my cardio. I was going to use those sawhorses to do stretches like the bars they have mounted in ballet studios, but I’ll probably set them up to paint the slats I am going to cut to add more bracing. I noticed some houses look so different when you get close, like there is a holographic projection. I joked putting the sawhorses there would add to the structure. Right now I have them in the garage, who knows they might support a falling beam in a fire.
Have to wait until the neighbors do their landscaping and garden maintenance with the blowed can’t have all that sticking to wet paint.
