Gun violence is really getting out of hand in many communities.
My personal solutions will be increasing mobility and fitness and improved cancer ( working with earthy elements and stone flesh right now).
I need my muscle shields and density. I’m not giving a rip about what fits anyone’s chart. If it bothers you then so does being unarmed in a gun violence zone.
