That’s correct, depositions of Cassidy Hutchinson were not preserved. Depositions occur prior to testimony. Her sworn testimony is now on record, and was broadcast on every TV channel in the US. These supersede her depositions which are now irrelevant.
She submitted significant changes to statements and information she had provided in transcribed interviews with the U.S., which are common but usually limited to technical or typographical errors, which I’m sure you are well aware. Alan Dershowitz stated that those aren’t corrections and that they constitute entirely new testimony that should be subjected to cross examination, which speaks to the credibility of both Hutchinson and the committee.
Hutchinson wrote in her memoir, “Enough .” “I had withheld information about events that I had witnessed or that had been recounted to me by witnesses."
The errata sheet was used to change her transcribed interviews to match her public testimony.

Regarding the “factual information”, it is pure speculation, not fact. You don’t know what’s inside the disposed material. There was no obligation to keep it so they destroyed it as is accepted general practice. Let’s not pretend that some minor variance in Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony will somehow make the Orange Idiot less guilty.
I mean, every think I believe to be factual is from something I’ve read. I did use copy/paste on one line of my last post but that was so you wouldn’t use some minor flaw to dismiss the entire post. I also posted credit to Alan Dershowitz for his comment and I realize that is just his opinion but if it constitutes entirely new testimony shouldn’t there be a deposition for that testimony?
It is fact that the errata sheet is used for typographical errors not for the purpose of changing testimony and according to House rules, you have to preserve any data and any information and documents that are used in an official proceeding.
