Trump pumped up his base and had an excellent rally in N.C. Im not so gullible that I believe everything out of his mouth. Such as his comment about Omar’s husband. But, if she is married to her brother, it is a sick thing and she should be removed from office immediately for that reason.

The documents reveal that Trump spoke with Cohen on the phone at least twice on the day that Cohen initiated a $131,000 wire transfer, money that would eventually make its way to Daniels.
The date was October 26, 2016, less than two weeks before the general election. Within 30 minutes of speaking to Trump, Cohen called up his bank, opened a new account, and transferred $131,000 to that new account. All the while, Cohen was also in communication with Daniels’ lawyer and giving him wiring instructions, according to the filings.
The timing is key because prosecutors have previously alleged that Cohen acted “in coordination with and at the direction” of Trump when he made the payments, which were illegal under federal campaign finance laws.

Ok, but why isn’t he charged? I am so sick of reading about all this wrongdoing and then nothing happens.
I guess you can’t indict a sitting president which in itself is insane. Is he allowed to shoot someone without penalty?
I get that, but if they’re going to do nothing, what is the point of all this? Hopefully he’s indicted on the way out of the white house in Jan of 2021.
I’m just as frustrated about it as you are. This is a dark time in this countries history and likely to get worse. Makes me think of 1939 in Europe. The rise of evil.
I remember the sixties/early 70’s well. Back then the message was “America, love it or leave it”. It was everywhere. Bumper stickers, tee shirts, signs etc. It was at the height of protests of the Vietnam War. It was hateful. Why the fuck should I leave? I had just come home from the goddamned place and was against the war.
