No. The first part says âhe should go outside the campâ but it doesnât say he canât come right back in again. You need the second sentence, âHe shall not come inside the campâ, to stop him from turning around and coming back in again all stinky.
Nothing is wrong with it. I totally agree that if someone has a nocturnal emission, they should go outside the camp.
