Yes, but it’s huge and full of giant ships. I am not skilled enough to try navigating that on a kayak. I’ll take my chances with the ocean. lol.

Yeah. no fun there. Nice thing about a river, leave a car where you will pull out and let the river take you down. Less effort (which is my style). How about Capilano River?
Well, if I get into kayaking, I’ll try all the nearby rivers. Right now I’m in the stage of “maybe this is for me, maybe not”. I took the ROC(M) course at a place called the Jericho Beach Kayak Club and I plan to follow up with them to take a few courses when it warms up in a few weeks. They have an “Intro to Kayaking” course that sounds perfect. Isa and I could take it and see if we like it.
Then, if we do like it, we can proceed to take more courses, and also to maybe buy a membership there which would let me use their kayaks. Then, after a few months (or years), if it turns out we are kayak addicts, then we might just buy a pair of kayaks, although the idea of paying the Jericho Beach Club a few hundred a year to use theirs is fine with me, too.
That is not a river. That’s the ocean surrounding an island. What kind of river has a Boundary Bay in it?

Wow. Why is he getting so angry over a golf game. It’s just a game. Can you imagine if he worked at McDonald’s. I imagine him throwing meat at the customers and being fired on the first day. He should seek some kind of counseling and maybe medication. No one should act like that in public or at home. He doesn’t seem to realize or maybe he just doesn’t care that the world is watching and that his behavior has influence on others. There’s enough violence in the political world so maybe people should stop playing golf if they can’t control their anger in front of the camera.
I am right into this pedal-kayak thing. Row, or pedal. Full body workout while you get to cool places.
i guess it could be a full body workout if you make holes in the boat to move your legs

All these small boats are for kids, Olympic athletes or retired people. Working adults tend not to be interested. You do see them but it’s not the majority.
Working adults probably don’t have the energy. That sure is pretty, clear water though.
