Not Despicable.
He’s clearly not very bright striking a child with a protective helmet on. Someone should check his hand for bruises.

Today was my supervisor’s last day. I will probably take her job. Unless they lowball me. She is probably my best friend besides my wife. So I’ll still see her. Still a bid of a sad day. This also means next Wednesday will be my last day doing coronavirus testing. I won’t be able to do my job, her job and covid testing. Over the last 4 weeks my department has gone from 39 employees to 85. We are going live with a new instrument to run 6000 covid tests a day. Instead of 400. I’d say only 4 of the new 46 hires have been disappointing which is great because we literally hired anyone with a science degree. We could have hired jeffrey dahmer.
I’m trying to be nice to everyone. Difficult for newbies and veterans in there now. I have a horrible poker face and have to be careful not to laugh when a new person whines about the amount of walking in the lab.

Did she get a better job or retire or just quit because she hated it?
Mostly the first. She’s going into research. I wouldn’t say it’s better. She’s only 36. She could come back in 4 years if she hates it. My lab should have a new administration by then.
Driving along at the speed limit and some guy weaving in and out of traffic smashed me from behind. I really liked that car and didn’t want to replace it. I hope it’s salvageable.
you call that a slide show?
got any pretzels?
maybe a bag of chips?
doesnt look too bad… just a little bit of paint here and there
glad you are ok? nobody got hurt?
As long as you can open the trunk, that shouldn’t be totalled. It probably isn’t anyways since your car is worth so much now. Hopefully it doesn’t take too long to fix it.
Was it darryl driving the other car,
Yeah, total loss, because your engine is in the trunk.
No, looks like you got shafted.
Stop downplaying the seriousness of the issue. You can see his car has been damaged beyond a little paint.
The world is a very strange place these days. if wrecking a car adds value, here’s to hoping his trunk is jammed.
My engine isn’t in the trunk. That’s the Beetle, which they stopped making sadly. I loved the Beetle but never owned one.
It actually looks like your back end is elevated, so that could be problematic.
What I meant by that Michele, was that Reg’s car might have been worth 25000 CAD 2 years ago. it might be 30000 CAD now, before the accident. There are fewer cars totalled now, which is a good thing since he won’t be able to find one to buy anyways.
I just went to the tow yard to pick up some personal things I had in the car. It looks fine, really. It definitely won’t be totalled. Should be fine, actually. Some new paint and call it good. Tough old girl. The other car was definitely totalled.
What did you say at the end of it?
Hey Google save dash cam?
Glad to read you and the mrs are ok.
Looms like some possible bumper damage on your end.
I do know that. It was sarcasm.
Be thankful you’ve never wasted your money on a Beetle. The last time I was in one, the engine caught fire. They are gutless. Great for tooling around town but I wouldn’t take a long trip in one.
Yeah but that shouldn’t be an issue since his trusty dash cam offers evidence of his testimony, clearing him of any offense.
Yeah, I get the first part of your post, that his car may have been of more value before, obviously, because of the chip shortage caused by the WHO’s pandemic.
I didn’t really understand the second part, not that it matters, but I didn’t get it.
You’re such a drama Queen. I doubt his airbag even deployed.
He should have been thanking God that he wasn’t hurt, although he may suffer from a mild case of whiplash.
He may have to replace his backup cam, too, but it shouldn’t cost him anything to replace a cheap camera.
Did you see the photo Reg posted? I didn’t hear the car screech. The hood is pretty much underneath Reg’s car. There is severe suspension damage and that doesn’t count under the hood.
