You didnât see me throw out a bag of potato chips. Do you realize how many snacks you can have with one single-serving size? Well there are normally at least 7 potato chips in one bag of Lays. At 15 grams of carbs, thats 1 chip for both snacks each day. Unfortunately, you canât eat just one. So you have to allow for that second chip youâre going to go for. That means that bag will only last three days. That means the bag costs twice as much as it should. They did that on purpose.
