allegedly she was attacked by an already banned dog breed, so i doubt neutering them as well would help much

We should neuter them as a gentle way to genocide the breed. This line has no place on earth.
the amounts of deaths they cause are nothing compared to other breeds, so they obviously are more worth a place on earth than many other breeds
