If the Boy Scouts weren’t infringing on the Girl Scouts Trademark, why didn’t they invite the Girl Scouts to take part in choosing the terms for marketing?
The Boy Scouts have really needed a redeeming moment since those allegations of child sexual abuse by scoutmasters. This negative attention was not helpful.
I totally agree that the Boy Scouts should have to take girls and trans people and people who identify as dogs and so on, but so too should the girl scouts. Why should only boy scouts be forced to be inclusive. In fact, the very name Girl Scouts is noninclusive and should be banned. They should both be renamed to the “Gender Isn’t Real Scouts” and be forced to merge.
