The women’s 400m hurdle was such a blowout. No point in posting a video. It looks like Mclaughlin and Bol only have relays left. Neither are competing in the 400m individual. They are both so grueling, it is probably not possible to do both.
Here is the men’s 400m, which was exciting. The announcer actually called the stretch correctly for once.

I’d say the Netherlands is having a good Olympics. Winning in lots of different events. China seems like they win diving and anything involving dancing.

There is consideration for chess to be an Olympic event. I don’t agree that it should. It is an insult to athletes to me. I also don’t think breaking should be an event. Canada won gold in men’s breaking.
