This is not true. Neither Clinton or Obama ever tried to do anything. They both consistently demanded China deal with NK because nothing their leadership did proved to have a positive impact. Trump crossed the DMV to speak directly with Kim demonstrating our willingness and abiding commitment to cooperate with a hostile regime.
