Being a racist or having racist feelings and opinions towards others is not grounds for firing. It is taking actions based on those feelings and opinions that violate the rights of others that usually is.
People are entitled to have opinions and feelings. They may not be entitled to use those opinions and feelings to make certain decisions or carry out certain actions.
I have a high tolerance for abuse. It’s necessary as sometimes there is no other option but to endure.
That hasn’t been the case for years, Mark. These days, expressing racist feelings and/or opinions is cause for firing all over the world, regardless of whether you take actions based on those feelings/opinions. You don’t need to violate anyone’s rights to be fired. Saying nasty things is enough. Sometimes saying “all lives matter” is enough.
I didn’t mention expressing those feelings.
Your can express those things without words by smoking, unnecessary and unsanitary touching and spread of bacteria and pathogens, even dispensing waste air towards somebody. You can force people to be your health by being disgustingly unpleasant and unhealthy towards an individual that is not.
Those are far worse and often nothing can be said about it. Such actions can affect ones thinking and often the words will necessary to express the poison are considered taboo.

I did not hike. I’m probably more tired today than any day the last 3 months.
I get to go to the dentist tomorrow. My appt in may was obviously cancelled. I was expecting to wait months but I called thursday and someone cancelled for monday. I took my questionnaire yesterday.
I think my gym is open.

I’m due for a cleaning. They do ultrasonic here. It’s way better than Canada. I’ll have to call next week to see if they’re open.

I think I was the hygienists first patient. She is very nice person. She is probably one of the most attractive people I’ve ever met. She has 4 kids so she’s probably my age, but looks about 25. She must be a perfectionist in everything. Maybe that makes her more attractive. The fact she takes care of 4 kids, makes peanuts and her attention to detail of cleaning teeth and gums is up there with the level of detail of the professional woodworkers we have. The first time I went to her it took her an hour to clean my mouth. Maybe i wasn’t cleaning well. I’m not sure. I felt so bad for her, now it doesn’t take her that long.
They took my temp and I filled out another survey. I wore a mask before I went in. She looked like she was going into outer space. I literally didn’t know it was her. Anyways. I asked her when they opened and she said last monday but only for emergencies. Which means, i was probably her first. She did a great job, but I think she was uncomfortably hot and thirsty. Just have to get used to it. I had a suction in my mouth the entire time. They just leave it in. There is also a guard so nothing splashes back at her. Even though she had her space helmet.

Honestly, I think I’d rather wait a month than go through the spacesuit thing. We did it in February and I floss every day so it isn’t bad yet. If I can do it again by the end of July, it’ll be fine. Any longer and I’ll start to feel a bit dirty.
My generation tore down walls. Walls between nations, walls between races. We had some success at it, too. Now this new generation wants to build the walls back up again, stronger than ever. Race based nations are repugnant. Including Japan and China.
