Nevada just made it illegal for employers to drug test marijuana.
I’m not sure about this one. In Canada, we’ve made marijuana totally leagal but toking and driving is still against the law. What if your job involves using heavy machinery or driving?
As long as a positive result did not result in a law charge against the employee, it should probably be legal to test for. I would test it like alcohol if I was the employer, although marijuana is easier to test for.

Since I have COPD I’m pretty sure breatharianism wouldn’t work for me.
I remember meeting him with Gunda at a Chinese restaurant he had suggested in Vancouver over ten years ago. The restaurant had closed years ago but he hadn’t realized it. He also drove as insanely as anyone I’ve ever seen drive.
I also remember meeting him a few years later at a bar in Surrey with Ferni. I remember saying to him something like, “Darryl, it’s true I think you’re stupid and insane but you think I’m stupid and insane so let’s just put those things aside and enjoy a few drinks together.” Ferni freaked out at me and told me I shouldn’t speak to people like that. To this day I think it was fine but whatever, chicks can be delicate.

Ferni? Chilean girl. She came to BBAD out of the blue one day about 15 years ago, doing video chat from a rooftop in Santiago. To this day I remember thinking how incredibly sexy she was. The whole picture was irresistible, from the latin dance music she was playing to the Piscolas she was drinking to the incredibly alive South American city she was living in. Of course, I was determined that she would never know how sexy I found her so I treated her like a guy. Two years later she was living with me in Vancouver. It wasn’t to be but I still love her and always will.
Yeah, gorgeous. I have two of those from my past. Still keep in touch as friends. Angie is cool with it. By the way, I met Angie when I was 52 and we have been together 20 years now. I know we will never leave each other till one of us dies.
