Oil is crashing to the lowest levels any of us have ever seen. The Dow is crashing behind oil prices.
Duque (the president of Colombia) announced a plan to reopen the country and that was immediately rejected by the lesbian mayor of Bogotá who seems determined to stay on total lockdown and destroy the economy, despite there having been only 170 dead in this country of 50 million. Far more people have died in their bathrooms in the last four months in Colombia than have died of coronavirus.
Canada just had a dentist known for his charity work suddenly snap and go postal, killing 18 people in small town Nova Scotia. Actually, that’s wrong. I have no idea if he suddenly snapped. Nobody knows what his motive was. There’s no indication of any religious fanaticism so far.
This has not been a good day.
