I’m sorry, Gunda but you have to know there is a great responsibility that comes with taking care of a child but a 12 year old can be left alone for short times with a baby because they are old enough to understand how to take care of them.
For a short term, exactly. But it lacks the needed skills and knowledge to take care for a longer term. And yet it should be able according to you, to make a lifelong decision based upon critical thinking?
Little girls get pregnant as young as 9 and even do raise their own baby.

The point is, 12 is plenty old enough to make a decision that comes from the heart. Critical thinking is not required as you may reverse your choice any time in life as you have done. Congratulations on critically thinking about your soul enough to reject it.

I know that terms sometimes can have different definitions for people, depending on their upbringing and point of view. When I used the word „soul“ (and I assume that wording was what irritated you), then I used it entirely in a non-religious way. To me, soul describes a mortal self-conscious identity, which has huge effects on our psychological and physiological wellbeing and which also influences our actions.
I don’t like to apologize so if you got one from me, I meant it.
