Mark, we drink a glass of wine a week in Canada when we visit our friends, and zero in MedellĆn. Alcohol is not a problem in our lives.
Iām also on a pretty strict diet here and have lost a few kilos. I still have a short way to go before I hit 79 kilos (174 lb) which is my goal. Erika is also doing well, swimming every day. Sheās got about 5 kilos to go to reach her goal.
I suggest you focus on your own weight and other problems rather than worry about mine.
Iām 6ā 176 lbs which is the heaviest Iāve even been.

Hey I have a problem here. I donāt have fb, twitter, linkedin or any other social media. My work monitors that. Michelle keeps insisting I put my name and address on here like she does and then wants to start with scam calls, junk email, and whatever other scams she can think of.
