They can kill as many civilians as they want. I’m fascinated by the number of Hamas fighters that are still putting up strong resistance. It is totally unclear how many of those Israel is killing.

You kann kill someone with a stone. If they really don’t get thrown behind bars with a verdict, isn‘t right, though. To compare them with Israelis being kidnapped from their homes or on a festival, is ridiculous. Not to speak of the killing and raping their innocent civilian victims.
I am not surprised at all. They want to get those 72 virgins. As long as Hamas is shooting rockets, as long I won‘t criticise Israel for doing what they have to do to survive.

People are starting to notice that Israel is not winning this war. They are killing a lot of children but they’re not achieving their military objectives at all.

Actually no, because Hamas is not a state actor. They condemned Hamas but they can’t act against Hamas.
the court didn’t have the capacity to make a ruling on a ceasefire because Hamas is a non-state actor. The court did urge Hamas to release the hostages it still holds from the Oct. 7 attacks in southern Israel.
Oh, I see. So what they are saying is that Hamas can attack at will and Israel must stand down or prepare for war with an army of the International Criminal Courts choosing.

then again neither does usa, china or russia so this decision (just like the arrest warrent on putin that they made in march 2023) is nothing more than a cruel joke
A cruel joke is playing God over the entire world.
She’s extremely mentally unbalanced. Anytime a country is under attack by another state or someone within their own state, they have a right to defend. They have a right to use weapons against those who mean to do harm. That’s like saying I have no right to defend against my violent neighbor who plans to attack me because I didn’t take the trash out.

Correct, they have the right to defend against (and even kill) the attackers. They do not have the right to kill 25,000 civilians inside the territory they are occupying. Furthermore, the right to kill the attackers is not “self defense”. The attackers are within the occupied territories of the State of Israel. You can’t claim self defense against yourself.
