Angie bought me 2 bottles of kombucha. Different brands, both ginger. Haven’t tried it yet. Eyeing it warily.

It’s cool but I don’t like that I’m submerged in water before getting going. That limits the usable applications for this thing. If I could just jump on it and go, I could see it becoming a big thing here in Vancouver. Vancouver is an island across two inlets and if you could just hop a bike and ride across the water, that would be handy for a lot of people. In fact, if it could have wheels that you could then use to pedal on land when you got to the other side, it would be amazing.
How about a jetski with hydroplanes. Get going then lower the thruster deeper to get up on the hydrofoil. I need venture capital.
