Yes with a gladius but it shows up like tracking on a vcr. Makes other things show up as well. Makes you believe you know what you are looking at.

Looks like it might have worked, better than brushing I just packed it in my bite guard and perio trays… I can’t see any brown discoloration that might have been from the coffee and not cavities. The teeth feel better and don’t feel grinded down.

With that done. I’m going on a slimming fast. First thing was breakfast. I finished up that seaweed I had and added more sesame oil and hot chili oil and some fish/vegetable tempura for the texture and protein.
The idea here is to have this slide through the digestive and burn and dissolve everything while stimulating blood flow and nutrient and fluid transport.
The next we’re some eggs In cooked with zero calorie coconut spray on Teflon, which I then added sesame oil and hot chili oil to. I want to smell better and burn hotter. That’s the rest of my small tempura bites nice and chewy. At least I have taste and flavor to last.

Not this is going to be difficult. My own version of the Hollywood liquid diet. That’s some dalandan juice at 15% and mango at 30%. I added some previously frozen green papaya which was still partially frozen and I am going to refreeze and use like ice cubes. Mango burns bad when you drink the juice but not as bad as orange juice.
2 ounce + 2 ounce + 4 ounce water and a few papaya slices. That’s it for food other than lots of water. Maybe 2 or 3 days maybe a solid easy slip and slide down meal. Have to worry about my enamel now with all that acid, that and all that uncomfortable burning.

The burning from the fruit juice is not that bad because I am using so little and that papaya is anything but sweet.
So I need dinner because I want to foam roll and so the second stretch routine from a book I got from the Apple store.
Okra and I used lots of olive oil because I was planning to drink a large spoon plain. Focus on this meal is to improve acuteness, power, and stamina of eyesight, taste, and smell as well as provide essential resources for my cellular repair. This will go wonderfully through the digestive and displace cheap inflammation joint pain and cheap trashy body aches.
Okra,2 kinds of Chilies, Onions. You can see the slime of the okra like spider threads. I added some preserved minced garlic after things started to blister because garlic burns faster when it is minced like that. Some black bean pepper paste and soy sauce to make a very dark and bright green vision calibration.
Yes I did plan on eating this with rice and it was delicious with rice. I used this much for the balance. I didn’t have any old food or rice lodged in my throat or esophagus that would mix with it.
This is very healthy for me exactly the way it is.


Yes, I eat the tops of the okra.

Changing my liquid ratio a bit. Richer is probably better in progression for that cheap burning and light.
The oils helped a lot…with pain and mobility. It makes sense to take some oil internally if possible rather than apply it topically. Some drawbacks, it was like being pepper sprayed unexpectedly several hours later and produced a very dry and choking cough as I was able to just control. Also I suddenly felt the heat in the center of my stomach about 6 hours later and my intestines not by stomach muscle action but the intestines themselves started contracting and relaxing in waves and pulses and began to reposition themselves. I could literally feel the whole digestive tract moving along its length contracting and relaxing and repositioning itself. My stomach looks better and when I did my stretches I got a lot of really good deep heat and spine unlocking with deep heavy sliding clicks not those cheap little hollow crunches and pops like peanut shells or bubble wrap. I was able to beat cheap inflammation and pain with real deep true burning internal fire. Fire and heat from within you can see as an aura, not getting burned topically and having the skin burned to try to radiate heat to the muscles and joints. Heat from the gut.
There are drawbacks to oil dependence and juice dependence, but right now they are giving me optimal benefits and improving, I will just moderate and abstain and then indulge again.

No smell at all on that green papaya. It is a lot more fibrous to the bite and not much flavor and not very sweet, but no vomit smell or taste.

Here is what I needed more of the same and then more to it. Same meal as yesterday but more of it. This time I added shishito peppers to the sweet chilis and the hot ones. This did all fit as shrinkage occurs with heat. I cooked the okra first then kind of steamed the onions and chilis and peppers on top. I am cooking at level 5 and lower to avoid weakening the already peeling teflon on that pan. A seasoned and conditioned cast iron skillet would be so much better over an actual flame. I added the minced garlic in last along with that parsley or cilantro or whatever it is. It is breaking down and turning black and slimy. I saved the stems for another meal. I tried to choose my chilis the same way the ones going wrinkled and black first.

I am going to eat less rice by eating more potatoes. I boiled this for over 2 minutes and when I cut them open it was still not soft and had that milky latex like flavor in the center which was hard. It would have been better to cut them in half to start with and cut the cooking time to about half. I did cut them and put them back and they cooked nicely.

I added the same black bean pepper sauce and a different brand of soy sauce and oyster sauce. Nothing else. I was going to proportion it this way but I ended up eating all the greens and all the potatoes without adding any more rice.

Good way to trick to digestive with 2 starches or switching form one starch to another. I used to have a potato ricer which made eating potatoes so easy by just boiling or baking.

Over the potatoes that red gel is banana sauce which is sweet and very hot. But I am taking in a lot of heat and starting to stress for more. Time to finish this meal and no more spicy heat for days. That is the way to do it.

Gums are telling me stop with the spicy food. I wasn’t that sensitive this time because of the extra starch and the cooking to the pain and excitement of eating something spicy hot. My saliva reacts terribly with things like that.
