Possibly, but high cal at any rate. Unnecessary, too. they don’t fill you up. Better to eat some jello for dessert.

I went to the gym today and had a decent workout for not having been in the gym for months. Lots of walking around different stores and I bought food and drinks around a majority of younger people. Public transportation.

Needless to say I got sick as usual despite precautions. Taking cold medicine before lessened it but I took in a lot despite extra measures.

This is what I’m doing for night recovery and In try to balance the medicine intake appropriately. Yes I have immunities. Yes I take in much more than average from surroundings and exposure.

Try cornmeal and olive oil. It sticks. Although I think some of the food you post is unhealthy, because your body appears buff, I’m assuming you do prefer a more healthy lifestyle.

I don’t put anything on vegetables except maybe soy sauce and a pinch of salt.

Sounds good, I like to heavily salt and soy but then it makes me want rice.

I had to add rice here. Just throwing in a few greens like that makes a huge difference for me. Thai green chilies and shishito peppers.

Yes, it’s best to just add a pinch of salt. Soy can be a bit more generous but not much. If the vegetables taste salty, you’ve done too much.

Indian and Himalayan food is extremely addicting and this always kills me.
Saag with naan and some soup that was supposed to be mulligatawny but is more like daal or just both…whatever. Both kill me it is less of each.

I dropped over 4 pounds yesterday by severely breaking my diet.
Here is my breakfast ,pretty bland. It’s good to eat meals like this every once in a while. If it is unhealthy it is because you can’t swallow it.

That’s all way too high cal for me.

Place your fingers or thumb of one hand on your left or right clavicle and the fingers or thumb of your other hand under the jaw bone on that same side and push/pull the two apart while tilting your head rearwards and toward the opposite diagonal side.

That should help with the high calorie issue.

Another technique for “unhealthy high calorie food” is to stand up against a wall with your heels, buttocks, upper back, and back of your head or touching or as close as you can get while being as absolutely upright as possible.

With your mouth closed and lower jaw and chin dropped as low as possible, relax your tongue so it resting in the lower mouth. Then use the muscle to push the back of the tongue forwards and upwards until it touches the roof of your mouth a.k.a the palate and then return it to lying low in the deepened pit of the lower mouth. Repeat several times and forcefully until the back of the tongue slams hard against palate and then retract it.

That will make “high calorie unhealthy meals” less of an issue.

Now I want beef tongue.

A whole one all for my self. It will take a lot of work and preparation.
