This is what a dollar buys you from farmers selling on the streets of Medellín. Best mangoes I’ve ever had. They cost $8 each in Canada at T&T. About 10 cents each here. Nice to see the farmers back out there making a living again.
Take advantage while you can.
Here is how I first lot weight when I started with the WW. Paul Newman Dressing, bags of lettuce like this, and pringles chips. Also occasionally I would throw in some olives. I would track everything even to the chip count (16) there. Those chips are reduced fat but only like 10 calories less per serving. It does make a difference. I ate like this for 2 weeks and I remember almost dropping like 15 pounds in one week.
I even tracked that small amount of avocado I found turning dark in the fridge I threw in upon discovery.
But I learned something about eating vegetables. They didn’t just fall out of me. True they improved large bowel movements, but they also impacted me. It became very hard to clear the waste system of small amounts of the densely packed plant matter. And when after extreme effort I did it was like small piece of lead, like mushroomed bullets were the end result. I learned this with several other vegetables. They would lead to very dense impacting until nothing but the equivalent of small metal sinkers in the tract.
Sometimes I have emptied out my digestive to the point that swallowed chewable pepto bismol lozenges drop solely and almost in whole after extreme effort. Sometimes I am like that for days.
I’m not surprised you lost weight on that diet. That photo looks good.
I ate like that for months after, but the weight loss slowed down and even plateaued. I had to upset the diet a bit, which I did. Also I mentioned about how soft and undesired a slim body eating nothing but veggies raw and steamed can be.
Remember my main goal in nutrition is powerful rock hard mass and powerful steel fused erections.
If there is fat covering that so be it.
Why bother with erections when you can never use them?
Good way to cook asparagus with peeled garlic sections. Garlic is good this way, very good. I remember it used to give me terrible gas inflation, but it no longer has such an effect.
If you buy thick spears or eat them more towards or completely to the bases like I do, splitting them like firewood makes cooking easier.
Another of my good powerful green secrets. Brussel sprouts. These are burned, but I prefer them closer to this.
