No, but some people were friendly.
Gluttony of course protects some as well as drawing conflict towards. Many deals in life from friends, fame, money are protected by gluttony not only physically, but spiritually. Sometimes itis advantageous to play in and test your character.
I posted and mentioned some stir fry I made. Simple just used some oyster sauce, cabbage, mushrooms, thai green chilis and sliced bamboo and oils and spray. The bamboo shoots came out well almost like noodles, so I was able to not eat my dish with noodles and trick myself with the bamboo shoots.
The mushrooms I used are baby king oyster mushrooms. The full grown mushroom has the head bigger than the shaft and are about 5-7 inches inlength. Next tiem I might by the adult mushrooms. But if it sounds a bit phallic, yes it does work like magic. I try not to indulge too much on mushrooms because my bodyâs felsh starts becoming like a volumous fungus. These were not the best in taste and I donât know how they were grown as I have sen people grow every variety of mushroomon just straight coffee grounds.
You have to eat mushrooms quite a bit to get them to work like magic for you. It might mean adding sauteed mushrooms to a can of mushrom soup, ordering mushroom pizza, or ordering asian mushroom dishes and all the greasy food with appetizers just to get the benefit of one mushroom. Sometimes I will eat a large meal that could feed a family by myself just for the sake of one mushroom.
I am dead serious about mushroom benefits.
Iâm trying to max out my asian cuisine skills. A 1 to 1 vegetable to meat ratio is good for me. I usually have to do rice and sometimes it is a bit less than 1:1 sometimes more if no veggies. Some string beans I cooked.

And some squid. Maybe youhave seenthis before. They are called sculpted or balnched pineapple. Balnching removes all the skin but their is still some sliminess. I wish I had some potatoa salad and some green salad with vinegar an soft mushy rice to eat with this as I tried it that way the first time I ordered this long ago. They have a nice texture and and the taste is ok. Like squid steaks. Not so much magig, Iâll show some squid magic later but these are good if you want to make something asian. The white squid milk isnât good for anything.




This meal got me off rice for awhile, still off rice. Sometimes it jsut isnât right for me. I donât smell when I eat rice, some people smell terrible when they eat rice. Occassionally I pick up the same smell and even same incomplete digestion as if just lettingit sit in water in my stomach and bloat for days. It usually comes with some weight loss and I know it is time to stop or just dismiss life altogether.
Also sometimes youjust have to eat rice because so many people have overdone it with rice, they feel like if you stop you are pushing off a whole pot on them you couldnât finish. Some people use that as a bully tactic. I donât have to give to those behaviors.
There are other ways to eat rice without soy sauce and not all asian cultures use soy sauce just so you know. But this did it for me for a while.



OH, ârice will make you fatâ is not a correct statement. It is either you will make bodyfat from eating rice which is distinguishable from some other forms of fat. Sometimes I cut into beef with fat granules on the inside that look like yellow rice, even more so next to some buttered rice with soy sauce.
Or, you will make yourself paste or of a pastey texture with rice. You can use rice to glue paper and some people heal over with paste they make from rice.
There is a third option I wonât even acknolwedge your existence for.
Just a hint, if I eat a cut of beef like a steak with rice, and people say âno, no rice. I just eat plain beef steak.â
I know what they are talking about and it might mean the end to any friendship.
By the way. Some people do actually cook their food on dung. Keep that in mind all though you may or may not be cooking your food over dung somebody may be cooking a similar dish over a âheat sourceâ.

I used to have a large gas grill I could use lava rocks and woodchips in. I had a cahrcoal grill somewhere without any propane canister, which was always difficult for me to get going. But I miss cooking over and open flame or coals or wood.
I still kind of suprisingly got the same effect with my dinner last night. First was potatoes.

I didnât want this steak boiled with too much juices so best chance was to sear it first. I was going to use a bunch of hot oil but I didnât really use any at all. This came out smoldering and smelling like it was directly on coals. I supposed if you really burnt it down it would turn to ash so that is waht I was cooking on. Nothing added just lots of salt after searing and flipping and then burning the salt. I did not want to have to add sauce or gravy.

This was last nightâs dinner and will be todayâs breakfast. You can get away with more red and pink with beef than you can with pork. I have another larger chuck still frozen. I might just use heat vision to cook it.

This was yesterdayâs breakfast. A sloppy joe open face with scrambled egg. I made another one with just a hamburger bun and some mayo. Some things that go through my brain like it is another length of itnestine when eating. The meat looks more than just dead, it looks stale and crumbling. That is not ground beef by the way, look closer and youâll see it is actually minced or chopped very small. Sometimes it is good to eat when it is just bland and drab looking nutritionandhealth wise especially if you have beeen seeing a lot of red from extra sauce intake. That can of manwich is just the sauce and sloppy joeâs can be considered a poor food. Because you can bulk up the meal with a lot of bread and still get enough moisture and flavor with minimal meat. You might wantto keep that in mind that you may have to adjust your metabolism to better tune with financial and rsource constraints. Also is there an optimal meat serving to bread ratio? Depends on who is eating it. If the sauced up meat is going to cause you to run to the bathroom and the bread alone will stop you up for days, then this is perfect for you. Ground beef and minced beef work well because of their tecture. See how they absorb so much more and they change a bit in biochemistry?
Oddly I tried to offer some to other members of my family and they refused my intitial offer. After a good 6+hours after going to exercise they were ready to eat. I was going to fix up some buns, but they all just ate the meat plain with a few tortilla chips. Go figure everyone looks alive and healthy and satisfied with relatively little.

If you are suffering in nutrition due to having to constantly run to the bathroom You might want to buy yourself some really chewy and tough bagels. Yes breads might make you gain weight and the weight will stay some time, but if you have to beat d_________ then it is one way to go.
i havent seen any pics of sausages recently, are you on a non-sausage diet?
