You are mistaken but not entirely. You recognized it was pork right away and it was chopped, but not from the vertebrae/rib as a “pork chop” cut is. These are thin sliced hocks. and I was hoping somebody could spot some of the pork tricks or trichnosis/trichnellosis/trichinella pork meat can play. Dead pork meat knows sometimes it has more life in that condition and can be much more dangerous.

Sure these looked great when laid flat. But did you see how they curled up due to those bands encircling them? I tried cutting them and that pan wasn’t the best. Hardly any fat melted at all even when I tried cooking them with more surface contact. Boiling these with some veggies and bitter and sour broth would have been better. Smoking them would have been healthier and I would trust these smoked over if they had been “healthy steamed”.

If you can suck really hard there is some marrow, but that is going to be pork blood and this meat can keep some hidden despite high heat. Also that skin/fat is very chewy and maybe should have been trimmed off before cooking. Those cute were thin so there is always the temptation to eat those even after you throw them in the trash. Avoid flavoring or salting those to beat the temptationa nd realize you are not clear even if you threw them in your kitchen trashed and covered them.

Another danger with the chewy meat. Yes there is a lot of good tendon material near the bone and veyr chewy and spongy. Beware when you bite tough meat like these as there are a lot of small bones, I think even a few sesamoid bones formed in this ankle/foot area and were free floating in the cut.

Maybe you eat meat too, but wouldn’t this. Is it fair that you only eat one section of an animal? Kind of like killing a shark just for shark fin soup. I consume meat but I balance mymeat consumption not onlywith nonmeats but with a variety of meats and cuts.
This is hitting low on the meat stocks. I’m trying to get some narcissists to give up some excessive “bun” mass by coupling it with some small meat cuts. Also how good is a prime cut for you? You may get fliet mignon but it is likely to be less than what I get this small cheap cut in both quality and quantitiy.
Also how do you get better quality meat? By working with it, and lower quality as well as higher quality and not detracting from any.

So you might be pondering what possibly my gripe about “good healthy eating” especially pertaining to vegetables is.
It is because of liars.
Here is a common liar’s statement:
“No, don’t put any sauce on the veggie’s just plain raw veggies. Steam veggies is simple much healthier. Oh no! if you cook the vegetables you break down all the nutrition and your body doesn’t get it and absorb it!”
“Chew your food and eat slowly, take smaller bites.”

WHAT THE REAL ISSUE IS:
The person has no functional digestive system or one that is extremely weak, inefficient and underdevoloped. A lot of the fake mouth and lip movement is just that, no functional actual chewing or mouth action. The full intention is to diminsih the quality of natural foods like vegetables. They want a soft steamed veggies so they can retry again with the same failure as they left in the toilet. It is made quite obvious by the guilty hue cast on them when they are before handling food they intend to eat. The constant demand and request to lower food and nutrition standards and degrading the quality of fruits and vegetables as well grain and meat products.

IT IS VERY EASY FOR ME TO SPOT A LIAR LIKE THIS.

The selection of fruit and fruit juice is to throw it up and leave it there to keep them up on the acidity. basically leaving an excessive charge on what is effectively a dead cell.

The vegetables they eat are not to be digested but dropped off inefficently as waste and served to them over and over again. Life will not go past a certain point.

So why don’t I go Vegan or Vegetarian?

It’s because of LIARS.

I really want to make progress in this thread. It would be nice if people shared a photo or two of their meals and something knowledgeable or even ignorant about eating or prep.

You also have to realize a powerful spirit of gluttony does exist and is obstructing here. Many people and seemingly unfiar policies or just conditions are protected even enforced and set up by gluttonous spirits.

Work on the food issue and you will see yourself more effectual at things you previously found yourself powerless before. This can meanmore than just your weight or health, it could be career,political, or spiritual as well.

The glutton could be a vegan demon or even a demon plant.
