Might do RSV this week, will inquire if insurance covers it . I have age, obesity, asthma that say so. I switched my insurance though and am waiting for it to change back to my original PCP.
RSV has two vaccines one from GSK and one from Pfizer. Pfizer is definite for pregnant women.
There is a patent issue and possible suit so I assumed they would be similar.
PFIZER vaccine is ABRYSVO and GSK(GlaxoSmithKline)(British) is Arexvy.
Abrysvo is bivalent with RSV-A and RSV-B .
Arexvy has preF proteins but is not considered bivalent I believe with only RSV-A.
Arexvy does have an adjuvant that help the immune response to the virus and Abrysvo doesn’t
I’ll take either some studies show both outperforming one another. For those with symptoms Arexvy…also help seniors and elderly with the adjuvant.

Nope..no direct arm work..I don’t do regular bench press either. Inclines machine declines, supinated or reverse grip benches
You know what I work biceps with? Hex bar deadlifts. I don’t emphasize them on cable rows.nut they come into play and just started doing pulldowns again .but not focusing on arms with those.
Bicep curls eventually, but that’s the stress and strain right now.
