I got a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) on Wedneseday and learned that everything I though I knew about diabetes was wrong.
I thought splenda didn’t spike my sugar. I drank a coffee with splenda and it spiked.
Today I drank my coffee without splenda. It still spiked.
Coffee has no sugar.
I don’t understand anything anymore.

You kept projecting your diabetic condition and fat levels onto me. You dont even see the floor clearly anymore and feel little contact with ground when walking. The 140 weigh you are demanding from my 300+ is what is to become of yours. You claim you are at your ideal weight at 175 approx. You will need your legs cut off below the knee, both of them due diabetic complications and your fat and impotence as well as your gut issues preventing overall healthy system circulation.
Both legs because they chicken legs and weak and 176-140 is 36 pounds. You will have to lose weight before the amputation. You do not have a lower leg like mine and I will not compromise by accepting weakness and pain without any benefit and with an actual loss of height.
The 140 pounds I will lose will be you amputated. I will not carry you as a burden or even the slightest inconvenience. To do so would require a level of communication and respect as well as cooperation.

Yes! I might turn it off. I do like the blind spot monitoring. Cup holders are also awful.
