Okay, you may be right. Some people may be beyond that kind of help but the majority of people don’t need that kind of drug and especially not for life.
May I ask what you take?

I take Jardiance and Ozempic.

That explains your low dopamine levels.

Can you imagine how expensive this will be? Worse than monkfruit.

Can you imagine what women would be willing to pay?

This is a good indicator that people are tired of being fed poisonous chemicals and are looking for natural alternatives.

Phenylephrine increases blood pressure and decreases heart rate, at the same time. I’m no doctor but if you blood pressure goes up, so should your heart rate, right? Why would they keep that ingredient in cold medicine? Why not just leave it out to begin with? I’m not complaining. I’m happy they are removing unnecessary and harmful chemicals from products. I just don’t understand why it has taken 80+ years.

Over the years, my pulse has gone down and BP gone up. That’s probably normal.

A good indicator you are going to die someday. Artificially producing that result is not normal.

I think I might die someday as well. Unfortunately.

You missed a line or were you silently agreeing?

But fat ppl are national disgrace and embarresment and a health problem. The 4 fat ppl I knew all lost serious amounts of weight the last 4 years though one died during an operation to remove even more fat. I have lost weight by excersing more and quitting booze 23 months ago.

What do you mean?

I mean I didn’t read any comment about thoughts on Phenylephrine or if you think it should be kept in medications.

I had to google. “Phenylephrine is widely used in a variety of over-the-counter flu and cold medicines, including popular products such as Benadryl, Advil, and Tylenol. It is also an ingredient in nasal sprays to treat congestion.”

It looks like it’s been on the market for decades with no issues. I wouldn’t ban it.

That was in the article that I’m sure you didn’t read.

It is ineffective. What purpose does it serve the consumer?

I don’t know. Looks like they’re removing it from your headline so perhaps there’s no purpose.

No, those are unrelated.

True, but I can’t read it. CBS doesn’t allow people with ad blockers to read their articles. That’s fair enough, but I don’t care enough to turn off my add blocker for that site.

You don’t know? Bizarre that you are trying to make a case for keeping it in medications for Americans when you don’t even know why its there. I bet if it was banned in South America, Europe or Asia you wouldn’t have a problem making a case for keeping it out of everything.

Oh, so when your blood pressure goes up, your heart rate goes down?

Oh, okay. Well, if you don’t care, it doesn’t matter anyway.

You’re right. If it serves no positive purpose, ban it. But also ban tobacco which serves no positive purpose.

No, they are not directly related. It’s possible to have a high heart rate with normal blood pressure or high blood pressure with a normal heart rate.

Yes ban tobacco . Took me 47 tries to kick the habit glad I did.
