That was true at first. Then when it became obvious the US was losing, they took the exit-strategy approach of arming the moderate, pro-west Afghan government and leaving them to fight the Taliban. It totally failed. The Taliban destroyed the moderate Afghan government in less than a month and with US troops gone, they took power easily. And, as you know, they still hold it. It’s also true that Afghanistan is now finally stable, albeit totally repressed.

The only problem I have with what Nico is saying is that the Netherlands played a part, used and donated weapons in the war just as the U.S.

to me its not the same at all; iam a pacifist and will let anyone know how i feel about supporting violence, no matter who it is

i have never seen you speak up about any of trumps (in)actions and orders, i only see you blindly suport him in everything; so in my view you are co-responsible

there is a need, not because your president exists or lies about everything or because he is destroying your country with his insanity lol but because right now trump is responsible for selling the most weapons in our world, which makes him the most dangerous and most damaging and most deserving character to speak up about on this planet
