Good Sports Day

OMG! That’s a Roger Bannister moment.

He broke it by 30 seconds. You need to run a 4 minute 34 second pace to finish in 1 hr, 59 minutes and 50 seconds. He was closer to running a 4:33 pace than a 4:34 pace. He broke the world record by 65 seconds.

I couldn’t run a 4:34 mile if my life depended on it, and he just ran 26 of them back to back. lol.

He ran roughly better than 13.1 mph. I guess that goes without saying. I couldn’t do that pace for 60 meters.
