i dont think its nonsense; yes i believe you are not willing to use force yourself, but i do think you would gladly see some laws changed that will restrict other ways of living and that you would let other people enforce those laws
lol ditto, my dutch brother; i tolerate your discriminating thoughts and applaud you for sharing them, but i wont pretend its normal humane behaviour
Forced religion, which again I do not advocate, is not an autocracy. An autocracy is a system of government by one person with absolute power. This would be a theocracy, a system of government in which priests rule in the name of a fictional God, who they pretend to communicate with and whose intentions they pretend to understand. It would not be a good system, but as with all systems, it would have some advantages over other systems. North Koreaās streets are pristine and clean. This is an advantage to the North Korean system, even though none of us would want to live in that system.
lol yes, i think since you only mentioned mandatory church going and not any required religion its not a theocracy but an autocracy but feel free to call it any crazy you want
I live on a corner st. The house next to us was built in 1899. Some guy bought the land and built a brand new house next to it. He put it on the market for $725,000 on May 9th, 2025. He has lowered the price 4 times. It is now listed at $665,000. Next to that house is a food pantry, rectory and large catholic church. I have never been in the church. The parking lot has a planet aid bin for clothes that Iāll throw clothes in. Anyways, the church, rectory, and food pantry are all for sale for $1,300,000. Maybe to help pay lawyer fees. Iām not sure why itās being sold, but theyāll have to move the food pantry if someone wants to turn the church into condos. I wonder if once the food pantry leaves if the new house will finally sell.
The Catholic Church generally keeps land forever unless it is more costly to maintain it than theyāre making in collections. Their attendance must be way down there.
The patience of that guy is mind boggling. I would have shot her already after minute 1, lol.
He so patently explains her again and again, that the personal number on the back of that other policeman (who says nothing but probably feels similar as I do, lol), is the same, as if he would wear it at the front.
