The Japanese were creating so beautiful animated series for children. But their mangas are the most ugliest ever made in the world, though. I hate, that one of my nieces is into that crap. She has some talent for painting but unfortunately she adopted the manga style. I can’t hide my disgust for it, lol. On the pro side, the risk to receive a painting by her is relatively low then.
lol yes, unless something is meant for very small kids the dutch will almost always use subtitles instead of dubs
so when i get to hear a dubbed version of a movie or tv show (especially one of those old asian martial arts movies dubbed in german) it sounds hilarious to me
I’ve watched 1.3 episodes. I like it so far. I found the first season hilarious. Particularly, the useless guy with the glasses seems like a moron. That entire group of about 8 is depending on an 18 year old girl that weighs about 100 lbs to trek them through monsters.
I was 20 minutes into the 2nd episode, but my wife came home. There is nothing about this show that she’d like.
did you watch it all and enjoy it?
i finally finished season 2 just now and must say iam disappointed; especially if i compare it to the first season which was fun with the unique setting in that school and weird but interesting characters
there is some nicer camerawork, scenery and special effects in this, looks like they spent more money on that
however i found most characters and most of the story boring and the unnecessary flashback / weird order of some episodes combined with the “to be continued in season 3-ending” pretty much ruined it for me…
I am only on episode 5, lol. My wife has double pneumonia, so no horror for me for a while of late.
I agree that the 1st season was better and the camerawork on this is pretty good. Even though they were trapped in a building for the entire season 1 and they can see the sky now, this season seems darker. Maybe because they’ve killed so many people, and the dumb guy with the glasses hasn’t been on that much. I think I’m enjoying it more than you did, as I’m at least looking forward to the next episode. I’m looking at it like a completely different show from the 1st season. They don’t seem to have a whole lot in common.
Every good woman deserves her own Fritz. He‘s too good to be true, though.
I love the Closer. Not too funny for a crime series to be nonsense, but enough for that it´s not too seriously to be watched in the evening after a normal hard day at work.
