I just came home from a very late dog walk. It’s 10:30 pm and I switched the tv on, to wait for the last 30 minutes the washing mashine still needs to go. That Robin Williams movie is on,. What a posh, drug addict and mentally sick wrack he was. A wonder he survived and made a u-turn. I wonder if he really managed to change and became that better ape. For an unknown reason I like him. I like his soft voice. He always appeared vulnerable to me. Maybe that’s why.
Can’t find that short rehab scene, where he starts talking about himself in that round of foreign people, having similar problems. I always wondered, why people, who know they behave like assholes, yet have had and still have a loving home, even if it’s not complete as the father left for a reason I will never understand and probably not be able to forgive as he obviously could at the end, still behaves as an egoistic asshole. But one smile of him and I see a helpless child and I stop thinking and shrug that thought off. I wonder if he ever thought about the people who crossed his path and got damaged. Without having the money to get an outtime for themselves or to pay others to help them.
I hope he appreciates this huge privilege he got and takes very good care of his family as well as himself.
